What do we use?
Red Laser scanning used the FARO X130 scanner, with a range between 0.6 to 130m and maximum accuracy error of +-2mm. Usually, when provided with a 3D Laser Scanner, it includes two batteries to allow a laser scanning survey to run up to 9 hours without the need of charging and searching for power sockets. The following features are equipped in the X130 and X330 models: multi-sensing capabilities, GPS, Compass, Height Sensor and Dual Axis Compensator. We use new and immaculate spheres, visibly clear to the 3D Laser Scanner and enable exact visualisations and imagery in order to create the Point Cloud.
With its 70 miopixel camera, it is sure to capture the accuracy and quality imagery needed to complete the 2D as-built drawings and elevation for your building site.

The Faro S70 is respectively designed for construction, engineering, architecture and product design, due to its high accuracy and exceptional performance.
The FARO S70 3D Laser Scanner can scan up to 70 meters as suggested in the name, with the accuracy of +/-1mm. Also, a feature exclusive to Faro Focus S series is the on-site compensation, a measuring method for the Faro Laser scanning angular accuracy. Checkerboards or scanning targets are printed using the best quality print to stay extremely precise and are placed on-site with the correct approximate distance for precise target alignment.
