Project description:

Our measured building survey company completes internal and external 3D surveying of the building to produce complete external elevations, 3D models and SketchUp models upon the client’s request. Red Laser Scanning delivers full scan to model services across London with the latest equipment and software to help advance building projects.

The client requested a survey London solution to view and analyse all features and the complete structure of the neighbouring properties with the building. The 3D Revit model can be accessed by the project team and view the building properties in detail. The SketchUp model is provided and formed with all elements individually grouped and then layered, i.e. walls, ceiling, stairs, doors etc. The SketchUp model is created via the CAD plans or can also be created with reference to the point cloud file.
