Project description:

The Red Laser Scanning team successfully completed a topographical and measured survey for the property refurbishment and rear extensions replacement. We delivered as-built measured drawings and 3D models in high level of detail as specified.The client requested as-built drawings including floor plans, site plans elevations and cross-sections to showcase detailed external features.The team determined shapes and levels of the property, including the whole garden and positions and accuracy of the adjacent buildings. The purpose was to provide and document:

  • A complete footprint of the site
  • External ground levels
  • Trees and plants on and adjacent to the site
  •  All adjacent street furniture, pavements, utility boxes,gates,etc.
  • Road markings, type and width of furfacing and central line of gutters
